Very efficient and professional service on a front bearing on my F150 Lariat. The service was provided within 2 1/2 hours. The technician who did the work was obviously highly qualified and very efficient. The work was done quickly and with no cash register surprises. The service manager explained everything and managed the process with the warranty company as well. I was extremely satisfied that I had a potential issue resolved without stress, arguments, price gouging or what causes issues in a service department. Totally appreciated their effort. Rick was great to work with. He and Doug stayed later so my husband and I could make it up after work. They know I work and can't get my truck there to get service so they pick it up and return it to me complete as for the service they kept me informed with the short video explaining everything. That's about all I can say the service side of things did a great job.
